Ericka Larrieu is an accomplished executive operations, organizational leadership, and human resources professional with well over 20 years of experience leading people, strengthening systems, developing leaders, and helping organizations improve performance.

Her leadership experience includes serving as a Director of Operations and Interim Chief Executive Officer, along with leading large, complex operational environments and supporting workforces of more than 550 employees.

Throughout her career, Ericka has been responsible for executive leadership, strategic planning, human resources, talent development, employee relations, workforce strategy, leadership coaching, operations, organizational development, culture transformation, performance management, risk reduction, process improvement, training, and large-scale organizational initiatives.

She has experience in both nonprofit and corporate environments and understands the distinct challenges faced by mission-driven organizations, growing businesses, executive teams, and multi-site operations.

Ericka's leadership approach is people-centered, strategic, direct, compassionate, accountable, and results-focused. She believes employees should be treated with dignity while organizations maintain clear expectations, sound documentation, strong leadership, and consistent accountability.
